Returns and Refunds

When you place an order on our website and send payment, it is deemed to be binding. We are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been submitted. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

If you are not satisfied with a product when your order arrives, please notify us within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be exchanged, or a credit note issued, providing that items are in the same condition (including any packaging) and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, delivery return costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

At Brookfield Garden Centre we stand behind the integrity, quality and delivery of our products.  If however, for some reason this is not the case we will provide a full refund or product exchange. Simply call us on 07 3878 7739 to arrange. In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
