Can I purchase heavy items such as furniture and pots over the Internet?

No, currently our heavy items are purchasable over the phone or in store. Please call us for more information or come visit us in store..

Do you deliver pots and heavy items?

We deliver heavy items such as pots and bulk potting mix etc. only to Brisbane Metropolitan areas. We are currently unable to deliver heavy items such as pots outside of the Brisbane Metropolitan area. However, we will be happy for you to arrange your own transport of purchases or just pick up your pots free of charge from our store.

What are your delivery charges of heavy items such as pots?

We personally deliver our products using our own staff; this guarantees that items are delivered in top condition. Delivery charges are variable due to weight of items and where you live in Brisbane. Please contact us for further information regarding delivery on 07 3878 7739.

Can I trace my order?

Of course! Please call us on 07 3878 7739 or via email at info@brookfieldgardencentre.com.au and we will happily advise you on the process of your delivery.

What if the plants are damaged in transit?

Please notify us about damaged plants within 48 hours or arrival. We will replace items that are damaged in transit. Please note that due to the perishable nature of some products, we cannot except fault for neglected plants outside of 48 hours.

What currency do you use?

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars.
